This group is for those who enjoy growing hardy sub-tropicals in zones 5 to 6b. I'm currently growing needle palms, sabals, trachycarpus fortunei and hardy cacti. I plan to experiment with hardy agaves, cacti and yucca not usually found in this part of North America

To facilitate the trading of perennial plant divisions our group meets twice a year to swap plants. A directory is published to allow for trading between individuals. We have over 200 members with hundreds of plants to exchange, most in southwestern Indiana.
