The Community School Gardens

The Community School is a private college preparatory school for grades 6-12. The school owns a 310 acre farm. Students grow organic vegetables and herbs on the farm. We sell to CSA members and farmstand buyers. Donations go to four local soup kitchens.

Buxton Branch of the American Begonia Society

The Buxton Branch of the A. B. S. meets monthly during the academic year. Meetings include educational lectures, demonstrations and informal Q&A about growing, propagation and identification. We also organize fun field trips focused on Begonia culture and information.
