Located at an elevation of 1,350 feet on the outwash plain of the San Gabriel Mountains, visitors enjoy coming to the Botanic Garden throughout the year for viewing the large collection of Manzanitas, California Wild Lilacs (Ceanothus) and spring wildflowers.

Hours:
Open daily, except major holidays (New Year's Day, the Fourth of July, Thanksgiving and Christmas) from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m.
Admission/Membership/Dues:
The Botanic Garden is open free of charge. Suggested donations: $2 individual; $5 families.

Aliso, a scientific journal.
Occasional papers, technical reports and symposia proceedings.
Meetings/Conventions:
'Out of the Wild and into the Garden', a horticultural symposium held bi-annually. Southwestern Botanical Systematics Symposium held bi-annually.
