The Wjrs is affiliated with the American Rose Society. We educate Delaware Valley residents about growing roses and promote the development of public and private gardens throughout Western New Jersey in Burlington, Camden and Gloucester Counties.
A Chapter of The Gesneriad Society, Inc. (formally the American Gloxinia & Gesneriad Society) whose members are involved in perfecting the growing of gesneriads.
We provide vacant lots for community gardening and environmental education. We serve the low-income population of SW Yonkers -- working with tenants in housing, members of an HIV day treatment program, and groups from other local community agencies.
A 30 acre garden which specializes in an extensive azalea & rhodo. collection. Approx.250,000 spring flowering bulbs on display. Annual azalea fest on Mothers Day. Walking trails, 2 ponds with fish, gazebos, perennial & annual displays.

The Goshen Garden Club was chartered in 1933 by ten of Goshen's citizens interested in gardening. We now have 58 members and meet monthly to listen to interesting speakers and do garden projects.
Putting together an educational group to to show homeowners how to design and build their own patio using pavers and brick. Right now we're looking to see what kind of interest there is in such a program, so send us an email.
