The WSFGC consists of 200 clubs, 4524 members in Washington State. The state is divided into 15 Districts with a Director for each one. Organized in 1933 and a member of the National Council of State Garden Clubs and also part of the Pacific Region.

Programs:
WSFGC Scholarship program gives seven $1000.00 scholarships through the U.of Wash.,WA. State and Huxley Enviromental School. Many Garden Clubs have Scholarship programs. We also sponser the Regional and National Scholarships. JoAnn Goldman
Membership/Dues:
State dues $2.50 per person, $4.00 per Club. Juniors & Hi Schoolers pay a small fee. Each Club determines their own dues.
Publications:
Smoke Signals-Published four times a year.
Suscription are $5.00 a year or $12.00 for 3 years.
Meetings/Conventions:
Annual meeting is usually in one of the 15 districts. Yakima in 1999. State Board meetings are held 4 times a year.Holiday Flower Show Nov.10-11th.1999
